Step6. Ask your customers (buyers) to subscribe to these products, so that they also get SMS updates from the system, so that your deals are completed with ease.

- Is it available 24 hours a day?
Yes. TazaBhavTM services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for your convenience. Rates will be updated and SMS to customers will be sent instantly. However, as per Regulatory constraints and guidelines, during late night (currently 9 PM to 9 AM) SMS updates will not be sent. However rates will be updated LIVE at www.TazaBhav.com and Emails about rate update will be sent.
- How many products I can add and maintain in my portfolio?
Unlimited. There is no constraint from TazaBhavTM. You can add as many products, brand combinations depending on Price Terms, packing, payment terms, etc. There are no extra charges for adding products to your profile.
- Can I update current price of my product from any mobile number?
No. SMS received from registered mobile number will only be considered for your security and authenticity reasons.
- How to get latest updates on my preferred products by SMS?
Just send SMS "TAZA JOIN [Product Code]" to 900 7777 690. To get product code, go to www.TazaBhav.com. Search your desired product, click to see details; here you will get product code. Or you can just ask respective manufacturer for product code. SMS alerts will be sent after receiving subscription fee (either paid by you or the manufacturer).
- What are the charges for sending SMS for updating product details?
You will be charges at normal rates by your service provider as per your usage plan. There are NO additional or special charges for sending SMS to 900 7777 690
- How to unsubscribe SMS alerts?
You can unsubscribe SMS alerts for any product, either by login to your account at www.TazaBhav.com, or just by sending SMS "UNSUB [Product Code]" to 900 7777 690
- What are private products?
Some special products may be reserved by manufacturer/trader for very special customers/regions. If product is defined as "Private" product; rate/quantity updates will not be displayed on website. However, manufacturer can broadcast these updates to selected customers by SMS.
- What is 100% money back policy?
As a part of introductory offer, we are offering 100% money back guarantee on registration fee. Manufacturers and Traders; after 365 days of active use of the services, can un-register and ask for 100% refund (no questions asked)
- Do I need email ID for using the system or only Mobile Number is sufficient?
Email is not mandatory. Only Active Mobile Number is sufficient to use the system. Having email will be an added advantage.
- How many times, I will get SMS alerts for any product updates?
As soon as the Manufacturer/Trader updates price/quantity; SMS is sent to all customers, who have subscribed to the product. It depends on the manufacturer and price sensitive market. TazaBhavTM does not put any restrictions on number of updates.
- Can I Add/Remove/Change customers to my preferred customer list?
Yes. Customers to whom product update SMS are sent can be Added and Removed any time. It is solely Manufacturer/Trader’s decision to select customers for sending updates for specific product/brand. However, customer can voluntarily subscribe to any product/brand of choice.
- How many customers can be informed about current price of my products by SMS?
There is no limit/control by TazaBhavTM for sending SMS updates to customers. It is solely Manufacturer/Trader’s decision to send updates to as many customers as desired. In future, if there are any restrictions by regulatory authorities, we will follow these guidelines.
- Can I place orders directly to the Manufacturer/Trader as soon as price/quantity is updated?

- I am a "Manufacturer", having multiple products and more than one Managers. Can all managers update prices on the TazaBhavTM?
Prices can be updated only from your registered mobile number to maintain authenticity and security purpose. You need corporate account where up to 5 mobile numbers can be authorized. Please contact us for prices and other benefits.
- Does TazaBhavTM guarantee prices available on the system?
Products are defined by respective manufacturers. Also price and quantity updates are received from respective product owners (who defined these products on TazaBhavTM). TazaBhavTM does not interfere or controls these numbers; information is updated asis received by SMS.
- I registered as "Agent/Customer". Can I change my account as "Manufacturer/Trader"?
Yes. Please contact us at 75 885 4444 41/42; our expert team will do the needful and assist you. - Where can I see historical prices of my product?
You can see graphical representation of historical price information of all your products on "My Dashboard" page in Member's Area. - How do I update current price and quantity of my products?
You need to just send SMS 'TAZA <product code> <current rate> <current available quantity> to 9007777690. If you just want to update rates and use default quantity as current available quantity, send SMS 'TAZA <product code> <current rate>'. If you forgot product code, you can view it on My products page by selecting desired product. - Is the list of my customers kept confidential?
Yes. TazaBhav ensures total confidentiality of your data. Your customer list is not visible to any other person. - Some of our products are sold at different rates for different customers / regions. How do I manage these?
TazaBhav gives you freedom to do the business the way you like. You can define same product and brand combination with multiple different unique keywords used to update product prices. With this you can send different prices to different customers from different Cities or Categories. If required, you can keep all these multiple products as "Private Products" so that others can not see the price variations - How do I make payment for services and subscriptions?
